15 July 2019 - FARE in the Research and Innovation report of INRA CEPIA division

Edition 2019 of the Research and Innovation report of INRA CEPIA division has just been released!

The production of fundamental knowledge to underpin innovation is central to INRA’s missions and is thus also central to the activities of CEPIA division (Science for Food and Bioproduct Engineering). Within the framework of this mission, researches are developed in food science and biotechnology, green chemistry and engineering. In this context, FARE has published this year no less than 4 highlights on:

- Biomass deconstruction: porosity is the key

- SOLEIL synchrotron sheds real-time light on the enzymatic deconstruction of lignocellulosic biomass

- Super-resolution of plant cell walls

- Dew-retting industrial hemp-process dynamics under controlled environment and modelling
